THE AUSTRALIAN EMBASSY IS MOVING

The Australian Embassy in Belgrade is moving to new offices from 8 December 2008.

The main switchboard number will remain the same : (011)303400 and extensions which commence 3303 4xx will remain the same. Fax numbers and direct lines will change and these new numbers will be advised when known.

‘Study in Australia’ Scholarship

The scholarship is open to ‘ucenici vo 3-ta godina’ school students from the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. The selected student will have the opportunity to undertake an English language course in Australia for 5-6 weeks in 2009. Airfares, academic course fees, accommodation and a daily stipend for expenses will be provided. The scholarship is proudly supported by Pexim Solutions.

Australian Consulate in Bucharest, Romania - New Address from 1 August 2008.

The Australian Consulate in Bucharest, Romania is moving to new premises on 30 July 2008. The new office will open for business on 1 August 2008. The new address is : Str Buzesti 14-18, 5th Floor, Bucharest 011014. The phone numbers will remain the same : +4021 316 7558 and fax +4021 316 7562

If Australians in Romania require consular or passports assistance on 30 and 31 July they should contact the Consulate Duty Officer on +4072 2 64 44 64, or call the Australian Embassy in Belgrade during office hours on +381 11 3303 400.
